HALONG OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE

Halong Bay in the North of Vietnam, 170 km east of Hanoi, is a top famous destination among others in Vietnam for its scenic ocean karst topography and value of world history study and is often included in lists of natural wonders of the world.

This unique UNESCO World Heritage Site has gone through 500 million years of limestone formation in different conditions and environments, marking every moment of the globe history into its rocks and limestone. OVERVIEW

This trip is a kind of relaxing and compensation to any other “hard” tour you have made.

The ship for your trip is with one huge living room for food and public place, with one front deck where several soft chair can be placed for whom with the view to front, and with a large upper deck with chair for sun bath and higher view at the sea.

There is not much walking except the steps to go to the caves, so it’s proper to have walking shoes for that and thong for comfortable walking within the ship. It’s also comfortable to bring a towel for comfort after swimming. Western restroom and shower are available on board.

The tour cost is with inclusions of transportation, guide, entrance fees, ship and one dinner and 2 beautiful lunches of seafood on board (special food can be organized on board if requested).

The duration of the tour is approximately 12 hours. This means it lasts from 8:00 AM to around 5:00 PM of the following day.

ITINERARY

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BOAT

Meet you tour guide in your hotel around 7:00 AM and take a 4 hours drive to Halong through the scenery of rice fields from the rich farm lands of the Red River Delta, water buffaloes and Vietnamese village daily life. We will stop over in between in Quang Ninh to stretch your legs and take a cup of tea.

After arrive Ha Long, board our private ship and begin the cruise in the bay to the world’s outstanding natural wonders, to the geographic art work with thousands of limestone islets soaring dramatically from the clear emerald waters. After the first panorama view of karst islands which most of people should come to the upper deck to fully enjoy this, the ship goes thru a fish farming villages with thousand of citizens here rarely coming to the mainland even the children. Great photo opportunities with their floating farms, floating houses, floating schools, etc.

Climb up Paradise cave, go along the path deep into the cave to see the underground rivers made many tens million years ago, with stalactite and stalagmitis.

Return to your boat, make a cruise to beautiful islets and rock piles. Lunch comes after that with seafood and seafood.

Have te ship anchored in Titop Beach and male a swim in the beautiful water among white sand. A challenge can be made with 500 steps to a mountain top for the stunning view of a corner of the bay, or just simply enjoy sunset from the boat.

Dinner on board and be free for more swimming at night, gathering at the upper deck for just get personal space in your room.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY BOAT – HANOI

Have breakfast on board while the boat moving further in the maze of islets.

Transfer to a smaller boat to have a trip thru a cave leading to Heavenly Well, a roofless cave making the spectacular view and the top peaceful ambiance for the morning. Return to the boat for more swimming and relaxing, or challenge yourself by renting a kayak and follow the team to explore the islets.

After lunch, check out of the boat for a drive back to Hanoi.
