I’m glad you called out what always concerns me when I’m riding: getting lost. I can’t imagine getting lost in a city whose streets names I couldn’t even read… or where there are major roads to ride on. This sounds fantastic though and would be a blast to experience Ho Chi Minh that way.
Yes, Rob. Sometimes just a comfortable place in a car and only then you make great photos of the chaos streets. It is still a great experience !
I would love to Cycle Vietnam – it looks like a fascinating place to visit. I must admit though the thought of the traffic craziness scares me!
Some people say the same as they first come to Vietnam, but if you choose to stay at the back af a motorbike for a city tour, you will feel how hilarious the experience is. Cycling is an option and motorbike is another ;-)
Great photos! We explore both HMC and Hanoi over a decade ago and loved both cities for different reasons. I think biking around would be a little scary, but a great way to explore more hidden parts of these amazing cities!
